A Tarsier Studios e a Bandai Namco anunciaram que Little Nightmares II ultrapassou a marca de 1 milhão de unidades vendidas. O título está disponível para PS4, Xbox One, Switch e PC. Versões para PS5 e Xbox Series chegarão mais tarde com upgrade gratuito.
Para efeitos de comparação, o primeiro Little Nightmares alcançou 1 milhão em vendas depois de 16 meses no mercado. Até 31 de dezembro de 2020, o jogo estava em 3 milhões.
